Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arabity OS (the "Service") — a vehicle management platform for tracking fuel and service history, maintenance reminders, expenses, analytics, an assistant, and a service marketplace. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
2. Plans, billing and renewals
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business, and one-time Lifetime options). Paid plans are sold through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase and may change on a prospective basis with notice. Promotional ("promo") codes may grant a plan at no charge, subject to their stated limits and expiry.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; interfering with or overloading the Service; reverse-engineering or copying it except as permitted by law; or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the vehicle information, logs, photos, and other content you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that content to operate the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Not professional advice
Arabity OS provides estimates, reminders, and general information to help you manage a vehicle. It is not professional automotive, mechanical, or safety advice. Health scores, forecasts, and maintenance suggestions are indicative only. Always follow your manufacturer's guidance and consult a qualified mechanic for repairs and safety-critical decisions.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored data will never be lost; keep your own records of anything important.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AladdinApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that are used unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will update this page and the effective date above; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
