Privacy Policy
Arabity OS ("the Service") helps you manage vehicles — fuel and service history, maintenance, expenses, and analytics. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the control you have. The short version: your data is used only to run the Service for you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the providers listed below.
Data we collect
- Account data — your email address, display name, and password (stored only as a salted hash that we cannot read).
- Vehicle data you enter — make, model, year, trim, licence plate, VIN, odometer, tyre details, and any photos you upload.
- Logs you enter — fuel fill-ups, service records, maintenance reminders, expenses, notes, and uploaded receipts or attachments.
- Location (optional) — if you choose to attach a location to a fuel-up or record in the mobile app, we store that location with the entry. You can decline the location permission and still use the app.
- Subscription status — your plan, how it was obtained (purchase or promo code), and, if you purchased through Paddle, Paddle customer and subscription identifiers. We never receive or store your card details.
- Technical data — IP addresses appear in short-lived server logs (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention), and the app stores authentication tokens on your device to keep you signed in.
How we use your data
- To provide the Service: efficiency and cost analytics, vehicle health scoring, service forecasts, reminders, and the in-app assistant.
- To send transactional messages only (such as account-related email). We do not send marketing email.
- We do not sell your data, and Arabity OS contains no third-party advertising SDKs.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle (paddle.com) as merchant of record, on a secure checkout. Paddle handles your payment details under Paddle's privacy policy; we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in our database on servers we operate, and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes and sign-in session tokens are stored hashed.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing coach@aladdinapps.app from your registered address. Deletion is permanent and covers your profile, vehicles, and logs, except minimal records our payment provider must retain for tax and accounting law.
Children
Arabity OS is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
